Fresh Houthi Attack on Saudi Airport Kills One, Injures 11
Yemen’s Iran-backed Houthi rebels have carried out another attack on King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Saudi authorities said Sunday’s attack killed one Pakistani national and injured 11 others.
A Saudi military spokesperson said a projectile struck Terminal 4 of the airport and caused a fire. Saudi Arabia’s civil aviation authority later confirmed the death of the Pakistani resident.
The latest attack came a day after another strike on the same airport killed at least 12 people and injured more than 300. The victims included citizens of Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia and several other countries.
