All Banks Across Bangladesh to Remain Open on Saturday

According to a Bangladesh Bank circular, all scheduled banks will remain closed from October 20 to 22 for Durga Puja. As October 23 and 24 are weekly holidays, banks will remain closed for five consecutive days.

However, bank branches and booths in seaport, land port, airport and customs areas must provide limited services from October 20 to 24 to keep import-export activities running. Banks may coordinate with local administrations and port or customs authorities to make the necessary arrangements.
